Supporting those in training

I understand the pressures and demands of training in counselling psychology, counselling and psychological therapies and have successfully supported many trainees through their training courses over the years.

I can provide assessments of therapy recordings using approved rating systems, such as the CTS-R, as part of consultations or longer term supervision arrangements.

I have experience of supporting trainees to trouble-shoot 'blind spots' in their therapy work or develop specific therapy skills that may be blocking their progession to succeed in their training. This supervision consultation work can be offered as brief, intensive support; as longer term supervision throughout a training course; or as external supervision for a training placement.

Supporting leaders & managers

Having applied my psychological training and expertise into senior leadership and Director roles, I also offer consultation to others in leadership and management positions. I apply the principles of conscious, compassionate leadership to my management approach, through large scale organisational transformation to addressing issues of low morale and unhealthy dynamics within smaller teams.
